Hi! My name is Connor.
I always find these introductions a little awkward but here goes!
I have over 9 years of being involved with elite sport, so I understand just how much of an impact training has on you, not only physically but mentally too. That is why it has developed into my passion sharing my knowledge and experiences to others, hopefully having that same impact on those I work with. So much so, that I have devoted my studies and all my working life to help others with their training and fitness goals.
I love nothing more than helping others achieve their goals, as a coach there is no better feeling than seeing someone in front of you realise what you are doing together is actually paying off and they are taking steps in the right direction!
Over my career I have worked with hundreds of people, all ranging in different goals. From training for a marathon, to just dropping a couple lbs before they go on holiday - I've seen it all.
The process is always the same. Identify our goals together, create an action plan to achieve them, then start working towards it together.

I got into the fitness industry as I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential. I believe fitness should be a part of every day life and comes in all shapes and sizes. Hello, my name is Adam Saywell
I am owner and Head Coach at WellFitt. I got into fitness 10 years ago as I wanted to really make improvements to my health and fitness and was introduced to weight training and small group personal training. Since then I have completed my Level 2 in gym instructing and Level 3 in personal Training. I am currently also working within GP & exercise referral.
My passion in fitness is to help and educate people create a sustainable health and fitness lifestyle with the goal of having a long and happy life through the power of exercise. The aim at WellFitt is to help educate people in improving their physical and mental health with techniques in resistance, strength and cardiovascular training. Hi my name is Karl
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, specialising in sports injury management and currently the Head Physiotherapist at Castleford Tigers RLFC.
Working in professional sport since 2014, I have worked with the Tigers over two periods initially with the academy then returning to lead the team, prior to this I have worked as Head of Medical at Doncaster Rovers FC and Doncaster Knights RUFC, as well as periods at Sheffield Wednesday, the NHS and Doncaster RLFC.
My particular interest is working with athletes on return to play, for whatever their individual sporting, functional or positional requirements may be.
